Michelle Whymark, MSc

Senior geologist with 20 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry. She worked for 15 years at SLB where she developed extensive expertise in 3D reservoir modelling in Petrel. She is also an instructor for Petrel training courses.

During a 5-year assignment in Norway, her role as a Product Owner allowed her to gain vast experience with software development focused on Exploration Geology deploying workflows for Play and Prospect Assessment.

In 2022, she founded MIVA Consulting and started as a Geomodeller Consultant, which included constructing 3D reservoir models in the Campos, Espirito Santo, and Potiguar basins (onshore and offshore, Brazil).
